Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Marketing Manager in bringing the hotel's marketing strategy to life.

This is a hands-on and creative role. You will help create content, coordinate campaigns, support events and activations, manage digital channels and work with colleagues and external partners to ensure our marketing activities are delivered to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and creative projects.
• Help develop creative ideas and concepts for the hotel, its restaurants and bars, events, experiences and seasonal campaigns.
• Create and coordinate content for the hotel's social media and digital channels in line with Hilton brand standards and the hotel's marketing strategy.
• Support the creation of photo, video and written content, including coordinating content shoots and working with photographers, videographers, designers, creators and other partners.
• Keep an eye on social media, content, hospitality and cultural trends and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials across digital, social, print and on-property channels.
• Assist with the planning and promotion of hotel events, activations, launches and special occasions, helping turn ideas into memorable guest experiences.
• Support the development of campaigns around key business periods, Food & Beverage concepts, conferences, events and other hotel priorities.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, Events and other hotel departments to coordinate marketing requests and identify opportunities for creative collaboration.
• Support the management and continuous improvement of the hotel's presence across Hilton digital channels, branded websites and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with newsletters, promotional materials and internal and external communications.
• Support PR and storytelling activities, including press materials, announcements, hotel news, awards, events and other relevant stories.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, creators, influencers, media contacts, suppliers and agencies, supporting collaborations and marketing opportunities.
• Build your professional network within the hospitality, marketing and creative industries and help identify relevant trends, partnerships and opportunities for the hotel.
• Connect and collaborate with Hilton Marketing Teams and stakeholders across EMEA, supporting regional initiatives, exchanging ideas and best practices and bringing relevant opportunities into the hotel's marketing activities.
• Participate in Hilton marketing meetings, initiatives and knowledge-sharing opportunities where relevant.
• Maintain and organise marketing resources, including contact databases, image and video libraries, campaign materials and brand assets.
• Monitor competitor activity, local trends and relevant marketing campaigns and share observations and ideas with the Marketing Manager.
• Support campaign tracking and help prepare marketing reports, presentations and performance overviews.
• Ensure marketing materials and communications are consistent with Hilton brand standards and the hotel's positioning.
• Coordinate marketing schedules, deadlines and ongoing projects to ensure activities are delivered accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve the hotel's content, campaigns, communication and overall marketing presence.

Qualifications

You should bring:

• First experience in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in marketing, brands, social media, content creation and current cultural and digital trends.
• A creative mindset and the confidence to contribute your own ideas.
• A good eye for visual communication, photography, video, design and presentation.
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing or content creation tools is advantageous.
• An interest in developing engaging written and visual content for different audiences and channels.
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• The ability to coordinate several projects, requests and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across different hotel departments as well as external partners.
• An open and collaborative personality with an interest in building relationships and developing a professional network within Hilton and the wider industry.
• Curiosity and the willingness to learn from colleagues and marketing teams across different markets and cultures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence working with digital tools.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and wider hotel team.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
• A professional, positive and proactive approach.
