Continuous Improvement Manager
Job description
Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives in our manufacturing plant. Be a key partner to the Plant Manager and local leadership team, driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and employee engagement.
What you'll do
- Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects across the site
- Drive Kaizen workshops and problem-solving activities
- Improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance
- Work closely with shopfloor teams to identify and eliminate waste
- Promote Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Root Cause Analysis
- Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Production Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing environments and Lean transformations
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Hands-on approach and passion for process improvement
- Fluent English (international reporting line)
Nice to have
- Kaizen facilitation experience
- KPI management and performance reporting
- Digital Twin or AI experience
