Our team builds the innovative technology that powers everything from live shopping and product discovery to checkout and logistics, making shopping on TikTok joyful, engaging, and effortless.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern on our Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key player in building the teams in the E-commerce organization. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in an open market. More than just finding candidates, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring every potential hire has a high-quality and welcoming experience from the very first contact.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers and recruiters across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to understand technical requirements, learn how to define candidate profiles, and help calibrate talent needs.
- Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Learn to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
- Participate in refining our sourcing processes and tools to help boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel.
- Support various talent acquisition projects, such as organizing virtual hiring events, gathering data for market intelligence reports, and assisting with diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
