About the Team

TikTok's Business Marketing Team works with brands of all sizes, empowering them to connect with their audiences by helping them create TikToks, not ads. This includes creative ideation, brand and events strategy, design & production of TikTok for Business, helping bring brands to life on our platform.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Business Acceleration: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for the Korea market in line with TikToks international monetization goals, covering priority industries beyond E-commerce and directly supporting new client acquisition, pipeline growth, and business conversion.
• New Client Acquisition & Demand Growth: Focus on New Client Acquisition in Korea by designing and optimizing go-to-market paths, demand generation programs, lead nurturing flows, and marketing funnels to improve prospect reach, lead quality, opportunity conversion, and new-client contribution.
• External Partnership Development: Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem in Korea, including industry associations, media, agencies, channel partners, third-party platforms, and other relevant external stakeholders, in order to expand market reach and generate qualified leads.
• Event Planning & Execution: Independently lead the planning and execution of ToB marketing initiatives such as industry events, client roundtables, executive sessions, webinars, and co-marketing programs, with programs tailored to Korea market dynamics and customer needs.
• Industry Insights & Content Development: Develop a deep understanding of Korea market trends and customer pain points across key industries, and translate those insights into marketing narratives, thought leadership content, case studies, and solution-oriented materials that support business development.
• Sales Partnership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to drive integrated initiatives, align priorities, and improve front-line efficiency in acquiring and converting new business opportunities.
