Job Description

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (30 hours per week) | 100% On-Site in Downtown Cincinnati

We are seeking an Operations Processor to support Mail Operations in downtown Cincinnati. This role is responsible for processing and distributing corporate mail, tracking accountable packages, maintaining shipment records, and supporting digital mail processes. The position works closely with internal partners to ensure mail and package deliveries are handled accurately and efficiently. Candidates should be comfortable using Excel, Word, and computer-based tracking systems, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to lift up to 30 pounds. The individual will work independently at the main tower location while coordinating the movement of mail and materials between facilities through a carrier service. Training is provided, with a structured onboarding process that typically takes approximately 90 days to fully learn the role.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years or more of operations services related work experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
- Proven commitment to high quality customer service
- Ability to work well with external and internal customers
- Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
- Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
- Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
- Strong PC skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50
