Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account management, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Accountability and commitment are essential to developing accounts and delivering orders
• Offering various program to the customer, Integrated Control and Safety System, PLCs, Battery Energy Storage, Fire & Gas Detection system
• New Gen AI Autonomous Solutions
• OT Cyber Security

Qualifications

You must have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of +7 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving order growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Set up strong relationship with customers
• Ability to build strategic alignment with customers
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including sales tools.
• Identification of critical success factors and decision criteria
• Passion to drive customers, develop pipeline and winning

• Experience in Maintenance Service Sales
