The Category teams at TikTok Shop partner with brands and SMBs, helping them grow and succeed through tailored business development, data-driven strategy, and creator-led marketing. Our team brings together expertise in brand management, e-commerce, and social commerce within a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. We are now hiring a driven and detail-oriented individual to support the team across two key focus areas: business development and account management operation.

Responsibilities:

Business Development
- Research and qualify top brands and merchants for onboarding.
- Outreach and engage with potential partners as a Sales Development Representative.
- Manage pipelines, track leads, and update CRM to drive growth.
- Prepare pitch decks, outreach materials, and performance reports that shape brand success.
Account Management & Operations
