About the Role

A fast-growing, seed-funded AI communication SaaS company is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive content strategy for the US market. This is a pivotal, end-to-end role where you'll shape how thousands of businesses discover, understand, and trust the product — defining the brand voice across every stage of the customer journey, from performance ads to organic content. You'll work closely with an ambitious, high-velocity team and have real ownership from day one.

The company builds AI-powered phone assistants for small and medium-sized businesses, automating inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and customer service — a rapidly growing sector within B2B SaaS.

What You'll Do

• Own content marketing for the US market — shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust the product.

• Define the brand voice across the full customer journey: performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.

• Write and own website and landing page copy specifically tailored to US audiences.

• Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

• Script ad creatives for video platforms (e.g., YouTube) and paid social.

• Create and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.

• Use user research, A/B testing, and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.

• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

• Outstanding English writing skills, specifically tuned for a US audience — native or C2 proficiency required.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.

• Hands-on experience writing copy for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

• Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social formats.

• Track record of building and executing organic social content strategies.

• Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing and analytics to drive content performance.

Nice to Have:

• Experience collaborating with creators, customers, or influencers on content production.

• Background in user research to inform and refine messaging.

• Experience contributing to product positioning or go-to-market strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €70,000 – €150,000 per year, depending on experience.
