About the Team
The Advertiser Experience (AdEx) team supports advertisers in resolving advertising review and policy-related issues so they can use TikTok’s advertising platform smoothly and effectively.
The team works closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Policy, to balance business opportunities with platform safety and improve the overall advertiser experience.
In this role, you will support the team’s daily operations by managing advertising review-related requests and case information. You will perform tasks based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance from AdEx team members. Some tasks will involve the use of AI Agents and other internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Organize the required information and submit internal review or escalation requests related to advertising review decisions.
- Track the status and outcomes of submitted requests and maintain accurate case records.
- Use AI Agents, Excel and internal management tools to update and manage case information.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including AdEx, Sales, and Policy teams, when additional information or clarification is required.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and consistently based on SOPs and guidance from AdEx team members.
- Support other daily operations and related projects within the AdEx team as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.- Fluent Japanese communication skills and conversational-level English skills, with the ability to read and understand English SOPs, instructions, and case information, and complete forms and communicate through chat in simple English.
