WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Creative & Production Manager who is passionate about bringing Nike stories to life through thoughtful local interpretation and exceptional creative execution.

In Hong Kong & Macau, this role plays a critical part in translating Global and Greater China (GC) brand storytelling into work that feels authentic to local consumers, communities, culture, and sport. You understand that localization is not adaptation for adaptation's sake. It's the craft of preserving the power of an idea while making it relevant, meaningful, and distinctive for the local market.

Working at the speed of sport, you will partner across Brand, Social, Digital and Experience teams to ensure every expression of the brand feels connected, culturally informed, and unmistakably Nike. You make sure the local expression is on-brand, culturally sharp, production-ready, and usable in social, retail and brand experience across all touchpoints along our consumers journey.

Equally comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, you bring strong creative taste, judgement, production expertise, and a deep understanding of how sport, culture and community come together on the streets in Hong Kong & Macau.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You sit between geo creative direction and local execution.

You will work closely with:

• Greater China Brand Creative teams to interpret and execute seasonal creative direction.
• Reporting directly to Hong Kong & Macau Territory Marketing Director, collaborating cross-functionally within the marketing team
• External agency partners, freelancers, photographers, production houses, and social content partners
• Legal, Brand Protection and internal stakeholders to ensure all work aligns with Nike Standards and requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Local Interpretation of Global & GC Storytelling

You will help bring Global and GC campaigns to life for Hong Kong & Macau by translating creative intent into compelling local expressions.

• Adapt campaign platforms, creative assets and storytelling frameworks for local audiences while preserving the integrity of the original idea.
• Develop localization briefs that clearly define opportunities for local relevance across language, talent, sport context, cultural insights and channel execution.
• Partner with Brand, Digital and Retail Marketing teams to ensure storytelling remains cohesive and connected across all consumer touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities where deeper local interpretation can strengthen consumer impact while remaining aligned to broader brand strategy and creative direction.

Creative Production & Execution Excellence

You will lead the end-to-end production process for localized campaigns and supporting content across the marketplace.

• Drive execution across stills, short-form video, social cuts, OOH/retail adaptations, copy, and experience assets as required.
• Manage agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality work aligned to Nike standards, local timelines and budgets.
• Steward and guardian of brand standards and creative excellence across every deliverable— lock-ups, product honesty, talent, music, claims, and channel specs.
• Maintain a high standard of craft, ensuring details such as typography, imagery, language, product accuracy and channel execution elevate the consumer experience.

Connect Brand Storytelling to Local Sport Moments & Local Culture

You will bring a strong point of view on the Hong Kong & Macau marketplace and help ensure Nike shows up in relevant, meaningful ways, feeling current and not imported.

• Connect campaign assets and social content to local sport calendars, city moments, athlete/community energy, and retail peaks.
• Identify opportunities to connect brand storytelling with local athlete, sport and marketplace energy.
• Ensure social, retail and brand experiences work together to tell one cohesive story across channels—tone, format, channel.
• Partner closely with Sports Marketing, Communications and Marketplace teams to create work grounded in authentic local moments, moving away from generic ‘Asia’ overlays.

Creative Operations & Planning

You will help create clarity and alignment across seasonal brand storytelling efforts from Creative Content perspective

• Lead the Hong Kong & Macau brand campaign planning calendar across seasonal campaigns, key product stories, sport moments and always-on communications.
• Ensure cross-functional teams and agency partners are aligned in campaign assets development with key milestones, asset needs and launch dates.
• Balance shifting business priorities while maintaining creative quality, production rigor and brand consistency.

• Taste and judgement and an understanding of what resonates and does not resonate with consumers in Hong Kong & Macau.
• Connections to the local sport, street and creative scene.
• Future-focused curiosity with an interest in emerging creative tools, production innovation and new ways of working.
• Deep understanding of social-first content and how it connects to broader brand and retail experiences.
• 8+ years of experience across creative production, integrated marketing, creative operations, agency partnerships or related fields.
• Proven experience localizing global or regional campaigns — not only commissioning original work.

• Strong production discipline: briefs, timelines, vendor management, version control, and multi-channel delivery.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential for local voice and vendor/store reality; Mandarin a plus).
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Open to travel, 10% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with stills/video production, art direction support, or social content studios. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential for local voice and vendor/store reality; Mandarin a plus).
• Experience working inside a matrix with geo/global creative teams. Open to travel, 10% of the time.
