We are currently looking for a talented university graduate who stands out through excellent professional knowledge, creativity, and a strong affinity for IT. With well-developed analytical and communication skills, you are ideally suited for a position as a Junior Consultant - Financial Risk.

Your Responsibilities

• Apply the knowledge gained during your studies in the fields of risk management and financial economics to real-world situations.
• Benefit from a comprehensive training program at the beginning of your career, where you will analyze and solve customer challenges while working closely with an experienced team member.
• Become familiar with our software, our clients, and the wide variety of technical and functional challenges that can arise during software development, implementation projects, and post-implementation support.
• Act as a key interface between Software Development, Sales, and Product Management, supporting all customer-related matters.

• Supporting our software development process, from business analysis through testing.
• Defining and implementing test strategies based on a solid understanding of our clients’ needs.
• Performing business analysis and solution design activities.
• Providing technical and functional support as well as training for consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance (or an equivalent field).
• Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• Analytical team player with excellent organizational and self-management skills.
• Dynamic personality with strong intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems, think independently, and propose innovative approaches to problem-solving when appropriate.
