Job Summary

The Senior Director will be responsible for leading the Exchange & Curation product portfolio and product management team, defining the product vision and strategy and translating it into clear priorities and investment decisions. Leads, develops and manages a team of product professionals, ensuring strong execution and alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial and other cross-functional partners.
Serves as a senior product leader with clients, partners and the broader advertising ecosystem, representing FreeWheel’s product strategy and using market and customer insights to shape product direction. Anticipates industry trends, identifies new opportunities and drives strategic product initiatives that deliver customer value, strengthen FreeWheel’s market position and contribute to long-term business growth.

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a team of PMs 
  • Experience managing multiple product lines 
  • Industry experience - Ad Tech, Media, Programmatic, SSP, DSPs, Agency Experience, Curation

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget launches of new services, features, and enhancements
  • Serving as the go-to subject-matter expert for assigned product lines, guiding strategic decisions
  • Assessing market needs and opportunities for new products through rigorous research and feasibility studies
  • Managing the collection and analysis of market intelligence to inform product line strategies
  • Participating in product lifecycle management, including modifications, cost reductions, and strategic pricing decisions
  • Developing strategic business plans, setting goals, and managing budgets to drive sales and profitability
  • Recommending strategies to expand market share and enhance overall product profitability
  • Overseeing product planning and scheduling, aligning with sales forecasts and inventory requirements
  • Establishing policies and procedures that support the achievement of strategic product goals
  • Developing and managing comprehensive product offerings, supporting cross-functional strategy and product rollout initiatives
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

New York Pay Range: $206,445.02 - $309,667.52

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
