The IS&T Retail Engineering Operations & Support team is the foundation that makes the magic of Apple Retail—both in-store and online—possible, operating with the same precision, innovation, and attention to detail that defines every Apple experience. We support the Apple Online Store and Apple Retail Stores with exceptional business-focused technical services and innovative technological solutions. We build and operate systems, develop applications and tools, and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and powers Apple Store operations. Our embedded security team protects the entire Retail organization, building security into systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes — from inception to production. We operate with a global follow-the-sun support model to ensure that the Apple Online Store is always available, and every Apple Store has continuous, secure access to all of IS&T's systems, applications, tools, and support that they need to surprise-and-delight Apple's customers.
