About the role

ICS provides issuing services across international markets. The purpose of this role is to support the Legal Entity Governance and Control Team in all aspects related to Control Management programs, with special focus on governance management

Responsibilities

• All responsibilities are to be handled at Legal Entity level, being Business Unit agnostic.
• Operational Risk Committee support: deck review, meeting minutes record, review of stakeholders and attendees...
• Regulatory Change Management Forum support: analysis of RCM inventory, contact with key stakeholders
• Control Management programs support: ORE and Issue analysis
• Ad hoc collaboration in the preparation of presentations and analysis for the department

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Good academic background
• Previous working experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power BI is desirable

Hours: 35 hours per week

For Graduates:

Alongside your internship you will be enrolled on programme coordinated by Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). This programme will allow students to focus on productivity, adaptive management and innovation, to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, collaborating directly on the management and optimization of commercial processes. The student will develop essential skills in project management, data analysis, and negotiation, which are critical for future integration into the labor market.

To enroll the programme, the candidate must have completed the degree or due to submit the final degree project, or the final degree project plus 9 ECTS max.
