作为 TI 的工艺技术员，您将在恒温的无尘室中工作，负责工厂的技术测试和实验，为工艺开发工程人员提供技术援助。您将和工厂的工程和制造团队进行沟通和交流，以高效解决产品制造过程中的问题。

岗位职责：

1. 监控生产线状况，维持生产线的正常生产。

2. 对运行中的设备进行设置、监控和审核，并向生产线操作员提供指导。

3. 负责新产品监测，为工艺开发和工程人员提供技术援助。

4. 支持工艺工程师进行技术测试和实验，保证测试过程并帮助工程部门发现质量相关问题。

5. 监控、分析相关数据，第一时间处理产品和机台因异常情况。

6. 进行数据收集和分析，审核判定产品和机台是否可以回归生产。

7. 修改，新建特定机台的生产程序。

8. 辅助工艺和测试工程师，对新产品、新机台进行评估、校验和调试。

Qualifications

1. 大专学历，2020届 - 2026届毕业的同学；

2. 电子/ 材料/ 物理/ 化学等理工科专业；

3. 适应无尘室工作环境及全身连体无尘服；

4. 基本的英文能力；

5. 熟练掌握 Word、 Excel， C 语言以及 PowerPoint 等办公软件；

6. 快速的学习能力；

7. 良好的自我驱动意识，以结果为导向；

8. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力；

9. 良好的沟通和表达能力；

10. 较强的团队协作能力。
