Mech Design Engr II

Pressure Vessel Design Perform structural design, strength calculation, fatigue analysis, and safety evaluation for PSA adsorber vessels, bu er tanks, and incinerator system pressure components in compliance with GB150, ASME Section VIII, and related codes.

• Code & Standard Compliance Apply GB, ASME, API, NBIC and other international pressure vessel codes; prepare design documents, calculation reports, material specifications, and technical datasheets.

• Materials & Welding Engineering Select appropriate materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel), evaluate CE (Carbon Equivalent), and heat treatment requirements. • PSA Process Support Participate in PSA system design review, ensuring compatibility between adsorber vessels, valve manifolds, piping, and process requirements.

• Incinerator System Engineering Review design of combustion chambers, heat exchangers, and other pressure components; and material selection.

• Fabrication & Inspection Oversight Supervise fabrication processes including material inspection, hydrostatic testing, and final inspection.

•Vendor Qualification Evaluate pressure vessel manufacturers, review drawings and fabrication documents, and ensure compliance with GB / ASME requirements.

• Technical Communication Coordinate with clients, design institutes, and fabricators; support technical clarification, design review, installation, and commissioning.
