Electrical Supplier Quality Engineer
Job description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads advanced technical quality improvement and innovation.
- Conducts sophisticated quality monitoring and data analysis.
- Provides expert technical mentorship and skill development.
- Applies advanced technical expertise for comprehensive quality assurance.
- Develops and implements innovative technical solutions for complex issues.
- Offers specialized cross-functional technical support.
- Lead cross-site technical improvement projects for key components and materials.
- Analyze quality trends using statistical methods (SPC, Cpk, DOE) and generate actionable insights
- Mentor engineers and technicians in technical problem-solving, FMEA, and advanced SQE practices.
- Drive supplier technical qualification and ensure process control at the source.
- Lead root cause investigations and validate effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with supplier for Digital Transformation deployment, eQMS, dashboards, and predictive tools.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of technical standards, inspection criteria, and control documentation.
- Support NPI and localization programs with technical assessments and manufacturability reviews.
- Drive digital transformation, AI and predictive quality.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Semiconductor Engineering or related field
- Experience at least 8 years in Engineering or related field
PREFERRED:
- Strong technical knowledge of Electronic, Semiconductor manufacturing processes and circuit design
- Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management and Electronic manufactorer
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts, AI and Data analystic
- Knowledge of Electrical failure analysis in PCBA and Semiconductor
