About the Role

This is a high-ownership performance marketing role at a growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency in Berlin. You'll manage seven- to eight-figure annual ad budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients, sitting within a team that has built strong processes and scaled to 200+ active accounts.

What You'll Do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of advertiser accounts, making independent strategic decisions on account development and budget allocation.

• Plan and build new ad accounts from scratch, quickly onboarding into complex industries and client verticals.

• Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn — with the opportunity to specialize in one or more channels.

• Monitor all relevant KPIs closely and act decisively when you identify inefficiencies or growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 1–6 years of hands-on experience in paid media, covering both Paid Search and Paid Social.

• Proficiency across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Proven experience building and scaling new advertiser accounts from the ground up.

• Strong ability to independently manage accounts and large budgets with minimal oversight.

• Analytical and proactive working style — you spot problems and opportunities before being asked.

• German language proficiency at C2 or native level is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €50,000 – €80,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
