Sr. Project Engineer (MSFT TPE05 Commissiong)
Job description
Scope of Works:
Responsible for supporting multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating all project-related activities, monitoring progress, and managing and performing routine duties, including but not limited to project submissions, Billing、PR、PO、AR/AP follow-up, and project documentation-related work, etc.
Tasks:
l Support and attend project and site meetings.
l Follow up on daily site job reports and issue trackers。
l Follow up on and coordinate project material PR/PO/Billing。
l Maintain PPM/project folders.
l Perform other duties assigned by the Admin & PD Leader。
l Outbound work is required according to project activity requirements
l Any other duties requested by the Site Manager/PM/PD Leader.
Qualification:
l College graduate, with 2+ years of work experience. Commercial/industrial project experience is a must, and construction-related & EHS experience is preferred.
l Good communication skills.
l Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken。
l Excellent proficiency in MS Word、Excel、Project, and PowerPoint。
l ACAD capability in HVAC, ELV, and MEP is a plus。
