About the role

Cast AI is scaling fast, and the systems that keep the company running securely need someone to own them end to end. This role sits at the center of that: Google Workspace, cloud access across GCP and AWS, the SaaS stack, endpoint security, and the internal IT support that keeps every team unblocked.

It's a builder's seat, not a maintenance job. You'll shape how access is provisioned and reviewed, how audit-ready documentation gets produced for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, and where automation can replace repetitive manual work. As Cast AI's footprint grows across new tools, teams, and geographies, so does the scope of what you own.

What'll You Own?

• Access management across Cast AI's SaaS tools (Slack, 1Password, GitHub, GitLab, Incident.io, Planhat, and others), including cloud access administration across GCP and AWS: users, groups, roles, permissions, service accounts, and console access.
• Supporting Engineering with cloud access requests, credential management, access reviews, and maintaining least-privilege access.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding across all systems, ensuring access is provisioned and removed accurately and on time.
• Day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, including users, groups, account lifecycle, email, SSO, and security settings.
• Endpoint compliance and device management, including encryption, antivirus, software updates, and device inventory.
• Maintaining clear documentation and audit-ready records to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS requirements.
• Day-to-day administration and hygiene of the SaaS environment, including integrations, unused accounts, and stale access.
• Internal IT support across the company, troubleshooting access, account, tooling, and device issues, and escalating more complex problems when needed.
• Finding opportunities to automate repetitive IT work and make internal processes more scalable.

What'll You Need?

• Proven experience in IT administration, workplace technology, systems administration, IT support, or a similar hands-on technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure), particularly around users, roles, permissions, and access.
• A track record managing identity and access across a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Good understanding of SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with cloud access reviews, audit logging, and endpoint security.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around access, documentation, and audit records.
• Fluency in English.

What Makes You Stand Out?

• Experience working in a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS certified environment.
• Familiarity with compliance platforms such as Drata or Vanta.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code or automation for managing access and IT processes.
• Relevant AWS, GCP, Azure, or security certification.
• Basic understanding of security incident response.
