HR Specialist for Korea HR
Job description
The HR Specialist will provide operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, with primary responsibility for recruitment administration, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities. The position will partner closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and shared services teams to ensure a seamless hiring and new hire experience.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support job posting and candidate tracking activities.
- Maintain recruitment data and documentation in HR systems.
- Assist Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documents and orientation materials.
- Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, and Payroll teams to ensure onboarding readiness.
- Support new hire integration and onboarding record management.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruitment and onboarding reporting.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or administrative experience in HR is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Business-level English and fluent Korean.
