Responsibilities

What will I be doing?

Responsible for being the welcoming face of this hotel, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks;

• Managing guest’s luggage and driving automatic and manual vehicles

• Showing guests to their rooms and explaining the amenities 

• Arranging taxis and courier services

• Providing support to the Concierge desk

• Maintaining current information on all hotel services as well as external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail or fast food preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills 
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service 
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic preferred)
