Our Customer Experience Orchestration (CxO) business is one of Adobe's fastest-growing areas, and the Head of Enterprise, West will lead revenue and strategy across the West Region. This senior leader will be a coach, a mentor, and a true evangelist for the team and the business alike.

What you'll do

This leader will be responsible for our CxO solutions, including our newest AI products, and for driving revenue growth across the West Region. This is a quota-carrying leadership role, and the incumbent's team will sell into Enterprise customers with a significant Adobe footprint who are actively on their digital transformation journey. Aligning with Adobe's overall strategy, this leader will:

• Build relationships with, and act as an executive sponsor to, top customers — from VP through C-suite — through a clear and implementable go-to-market plan.
• Demonstrate thought leadership, a grasp of the macro-economic environment, and an understanding of the customer's competitive landscape to provide strategic advisement to customers, partners, and Adobe's product organization.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales organization — including first-line leaders and account executives — ensuring every rep on the team is set up to succeed.
• Establish regional strategy and guidance across a broad ecosystem of resources, driving cross-functional process improvement and best practices through collaboration and feedback.
• Be the voice of Adobe, driving adoption of our solutions — including AI — into new market areas and industry segments, and helping customers see how they fit into their broader transformation.
• Be a world-class operator of the business: proactive, data-driven forecasting, deal inspection, and business reviews, with a sales process mastered and scaled across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of experience with a proven, consistent record of overachieving sales quota
• A track record of delivering on results and priorities, with the ability to lead effectively in a cross-organizational, geographically distributed environment
• Deep experience in software and solution sales, including cloud and SaaS, with strong knowledge of AI solutions and how they fit into a customer's digital transformation
• Ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships, with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
• Demonstrated success recruiting and developing high-performing talent, and building a culture of accountability and winning
• A passion for sales and storytelling, with strong executive presence and a proven track record in solution selling

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $352,500 - $615,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $395,700 - $615,150


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
