Overview

As a Technician I, you will perform hardware configuration, imaging and on-site deployment. You will utilize helpdesk software to track and respond to requests, log activity and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Your Impact

The essential functions of this position include:

• Monitor helpdesk software and respond to support requests
• Administer Active Directory accounts
• Troubleshoot hardware and software including Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and other in-house and 3rd party software.
• Administer Cisco Call Manager
• Administer Unity voicemail
• Adhere to the corporate asset management procedures
• Support installation and configuration of employee workstations
• Manage printer maintenance and support
• Mnage additional duties, as assigned

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an IT profession
• Four Year College Degree preferred
• A+ Certification preferred
• Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly
• Knowledge of Networks is preferable

Position Specifics

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.50 and $27.50 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
