This role is based in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire and onboard high-potential Electronics merchants and brands across key subcategories such as household appliances, smartphones, consumer electronics, computing & gaming, smart home, etc.
- Support merchants with business model recommendations, assortment and pricing strategies, creator affiliation, platform education and operational readiness. Build mid- and long-term account plans to help them grow sustainably on the platform.
- Own GMV targets and consistently drive merchant performance through data analysis, experimentation and iteration.
-Analyze the Spanish Electronics market, consumer trends, product life cycles and subcategory performance to identify strategic priorities and new growth opportunities.
* Work closely with merchants to optimize key growth levers, including product selection, pricing, stock availability, campaigns, Affiliate, short video, LIVE and Ads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers to help partners develop relevant, engaging and conversion-driven content on the platform.
- Coordinate with internal Product, Operations, Marketing, Logistics and Compliance teams to solve merchant challenges and ensure a strong customer experience.
- Own internal projects that contribute to the development of the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
- Develop initiatives to continuously improve category competitiveness, including product assortment, pricing, merchant quality and content supply.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English, to be able to speak with global cross functional teams and local Spanish merchants.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, combined with logical thinking and strong analytical capabilities.
- Relevant experience in Account Management, Business Development, e-commerce, marketplaces, consumer electronics or technology-related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish e-commerce and Electronics landscape, including consumer demand, competitive dynamics, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Ability to analyze seller performance, identify growth opportunities and translate insights into clear and actionable account plans.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude and a high level of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Electronics brands, distributors, retailers or marketplace sellers, with direct ownership of commercial targets such as GMV, revenue or account growth.
• Understanding of key category levers such as pricing, assortment, product launches, inventory, promotions and operational or compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of social commerce, including short video, livestreaming, content marketing, influencers, Affiliate and Ads.
• Strong team player and accountable owner of individual performance, consistently focused on delivering high standards and measurable results.
• Creative and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and influence partners to invest in sustainable growth.
