About this role:

The Production Scheduler generates and tracks the production schedules for assigned lines, ensuring execution of the plan and coordinating material availability with Planning and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generates daily and weekly production schedules by line.
• Tracks plan adherence and adjusts for deviations.
• Coordinates with Planning and Materials on component availability.
• Maintains planning and scheduling data in the ERP/MRP.
• Analyzes and reports adherence and service KPIs.
• Supports line load-leveling and sequencing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of production scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data modeling) 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to generate and adjust daily/weekly schedules and track plan adherence.
• Working knowledge of load-leveling, sequencing and material coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. 
• APICS certification (CPIM).
• Direct experience with SAP (PP/MM modules). 
• Strong understanding of MRP logic and Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kanban, pull systems, level loading).
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
