As the Supervisor of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health’s concierge emergency facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and that Sollis members receive exceptional service and care. You will work on the Operations management team and lead the daily activities of the center.

40 hour work week with alternating weekends, 9a - 5p

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the performance of clinic staff including Front Desk Coordinators, Patient Care Associates, Radiology Techs, Lab Specialists and other support staff and provide performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
• Provide coverage to the front desk as needed.
• Oversee workflows for the front desk, lab, radiology and general patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any patient or employee concerns escalating to the senior Operations leadership team as needed.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies for the site partnering with Nursing leadership to ensure all items are stocked.
• Create staff schedules for clinical and operations, complete bi-weekly payroll, and daily reconciliations of timecards for employees at your site.
• Facilitate a culture high-quality patient experience through exceptional and responsive encounters with Sollis members.
• Partner cross-departmentally with peers and leaders to increase efficiency and to provide high-quality services.
• Train new and existing staff on updated and new company policies.
• Assess and manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost effective contracts
• Lead team meetings and in-service training.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment required, preferably within healthcare, startup, or related company.
• 1+ year of previous leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Range: $65,000-$80,000 per year

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in California. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
