Job description

We are looking for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and High-Volume Event (HVE) Planning Manager to own the process that aligns strategy, demand, supply, and financials into a single operating plan for Mexico Operations, across both steady-state and peak events. In this role, you will connect functions and teams to one unified plan, anticipating the capacity needed to fulfill demand while driving faster speed, lower operating costs, and higher capacity utilization.

You will lead end-to-end demand and capacity planning for the routine business and for the highest-demand periods of the year, including Prime Day and Peak. That means building event-level demand and capacity plans, defining the levers to protect speed and cost when volume runs heavy or light against plan, and running a structured readiness and post-event review cadence so each event improves on the last. You will partner closely with the First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams and with the Network Design Program Manager to deliver a coordinated plan that senior leadership can hold the organization accountable to.

The ideal candidate is a structured problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity, can turn fragmented planning inputs into a clear operating plan and vision, and is comfortable influencing across functions to fulfill forecasted demand while achieving strategic operational goals.

Key job responsibilities

  • Help plan capacity based on volume plans published by each mile within Supply Chain team.
  • Influence last mile network strategy and ensure capacity is enough to meet demand.
  • Build strategies that will build the right capacity plan to support upside in package demand while optimizing for cost speed and service performance.
  • Work cross-functionally and understand the long-term requirements of all programs that leverage each mile network.
  • Interact with senior-level audiences (including directors) from both internal and external teams.
  • Develop the E2E planning process, tools, and models along with deep insights on the first, middle and last mile network for the Mexico Supply Chain team.
  • Deliver high quality customer experience while minimizing cost and improving fulfillment speed.
  • Work with Senior Leadership from various partner teams to drive alignment with business stake-holders

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
