Food & Beverage Attendant

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing excellent service across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Provide service as a barista, bartender, or in other service roles when required
• Maintain a strong understanding of menus, specials, and promotions
• Ensure service areas are clean, organised, and well-prepared at all times
• Handle customer payments and ensure accurate settlement of accounts
• Respond to guest queries in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Work closely with team members to deliver a seamless and high-quality guest experience

Preferred:

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality
