The Measurement team is responsible for demonstrating and improving the effectiveness of advertising on TikTok. We partner with advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to interpret campaign performance, shape measurement strategies, and unlock stronger business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Our team sits at the intersection of sales, product, analytics, and marketing. We help clients understand how TikTok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.

About the Role

The Measurement Analyst is a highly skilled and performance-driven Marketing Science professional within our Regional Center of Excellence. The Measurement Analyst will lead the design and execution of advanced attribution and calibration frameworks, with a strong focus on app-first businesses. Partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure data accuracy, the Analyst unlocks actionable insights and guides performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Build statistical and ML models (regression, causal inference, predictive analysis etc.) to estimate incremental ad impact and predict campaign performance
• Design and run geo/holdout tests, RCT experiments to validate attribution models against ground truth
• Build automated, self serve dashboards and reporting tools (SQL/BI tools/Python) to scale insights across the org
• Run statistical analysis on large scale campaign and granular datasets with hypothesis testing, regression diagnostics and other techniques — to explain performance shifts and validate model outputs
• Partner with sales, product and other cross functional teams to troubleshoot attribution gaps and improve app performance tracking
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and new measurement methodologies to continuously improve our measurement capabilities.
