, an award winning, full service Architectural, Engineering and Construction Management firm with offices in Darien and Chicago, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our fast paced Construction Management team!

Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers and group management with the following tasks:

· Prepare and issue subcontracts

· Draft Change Orders for execution by subcontractors and PM’s

· Receive and review Certificates of Insurance for contract compliance

· Coordinate submittals and closeout documentation with subcontractors.

· Prepare bid packages and addenda; upload/distribute as required

· Participate in bid openings as requested and document results

· Receive and process subcontractor pay applications in coordination with the Accounting group.

· Assist departmental leadership as requested

· Other tasks as required

Requirements:

· 5+ year’s experience as an Administrative or Project Assistant in the construction, engineering or architecture industry.

· Experience with contracts, change orders, bid packages, insurance and bonds;

· Strong knowledge of construction accounting

· Detail oriented individual with good organizational skills;

· Highly self motivated with the ability to work alone or in teams.

· Excellent oral and written and communication skills;

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite

· Fluency with CMIC a significant plus

Salary Range

: $55,000 - $80,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
