Responsibilities:

• Perform routine shift operations for Photo Track equipment, including start‑up, shutdown, 6S patrol, and equipment health monitoring.
• Execute troubleshooting and recovery actions for alarms or equipment downtime based on OCAP/SOP guidelines.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and troubleshooting records and ensure proper shift‑to‑shift communication.
• Support Equipment Engineers in equipment performance improvement, reliability enhancement, and excursion reduction activities.
• Comply with all EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom safety guidelines; maintain workplace 6S standards.
• Collaborate with Process team and Production Supervisors to ensure stable line operations.

Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment, mechanical systems, or electrical fundamentals.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting, logical analysis, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high discipline in safety, quality, and documentation.
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset, especially in a fast‑paced shift environment.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and rotational day/night shifts.

Education & Experience:

Required:

• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent technical training in Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, semiconductor operations, or PM tasks is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with Photo Track systems (such as TEL) is a plus.
