This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will operate independently in-market, meeting customers and prospects in person across the Bay Area and traveling as needed.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the sales cycle for our most strategic enterprise opportunities, from first conversation to closed-won. This is a quota-carrying, high-ownership role for a seasoned closer with an established network in the Bay Area technology ecosystem.

About the Role

You’ll own a book of strategic enterprise accounts and turn targeted outreach into revenue. You’ll partner with Marketing on account strategy, run discovery and deal strategy with senior buyers, and collaborate with Account Management to set customers up for long-term success. You’ll report directly to the Co-CEO/Co-Founder. This role requires sound judgment, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate independently without a large local team around you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close
• Build pipeline through your existing network, targeted outreach, and close partnership with Marketing
• Run consultative discovery and tailor Revivn’s value proposition to different stakeholders across complex buying committees
• Engage senior stakeholders across IT, finance, and the C-suite through virtual and in-person meetings
• Build and manage an accurate pipeline; forecast clearly and maintain strong CRM hygiene
• Negotiate and structure deals around a usage-based model, balancing customer value with sustainable growth
• Partner with Account Management on a smooth post-sale handoff that sets up long-term expansion
• Travel monthly to meet prospects and customers in person
• Share market, customer, and product insight with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in large B2B sales
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• An established network of relevant technology buyers and decision-makers in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Experience selling into the types of enterprise customers Revivn targets, ideally within the technology ecosystem
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run discovery and lead deal strategy end-to-end
• Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior and C-level executives
• Operational rigor, you care about pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
• A self-directed, resilient, competitive operator who thrives with high ownership and autonomy
• Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence, you know when to push and when to pause

The On Target Earnings (OTE) for an Enterprise AE is expected to be between $250,000 and $300,000/year, including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k).
