ABOUT THE JOB

At Anduril we are developing unmanned aerial systems capable of terminal guidance, long range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy. Anvil, Altius, Ghost, and other developmental UAS platforms are built to operate in remote environments with limited user input, driving requirements for reliability and autonomy. We have developed an autonomy stack that receives user intent, responds to detections processed at the edge, and coordinates flight patterns for groups of assets. We are looking for entry level graduates who are eager to learn the Anduril-way and quickly develop their skills to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architectures
• Design and maintain system components in complex system environments
• Collaborate with the team and document software engineering processes and practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in STEM (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science or other relevant engineering discipline)
• A passion for systems design and engineering
• Demonstrated ownership and impact from internships, side projects, etc
• Go-getter mentality who is eager to learn from Anduril's best and brightest
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Aerospace, or other relevant engineering discipline
• Hands on experience with complex robotic systems
• Familiarity with IP-Based networks
• Familiarity with air vehicle systems, ground systems, or command-and-control systems

US Salary Range$100,000—$145,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
