About the Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

You will be working on a project basis. For each project:
- Designing the onboarding process, training plans for project assigned, delivering process & policy training to both internal team members and BPOs.
- Coordinating and liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that team members successfully meet strict training & production go-live dates.
- Responsible for facilitating knowledge transfer and retention among vendor and internal teams, whether during onboarding or live operations, to ensure that policy knowledge remains up to date at all times.
- Supporting the development and ownership of policy guidelines, ensuring that guidelines are clear, comprehensible, and up-to-date at all times.
- Designing the quality and output management strategy for assigned projects in line with project plan, to ensure robust mechanisms are in place to meet the goals of each stage throughout the project life cycle.
- Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with XFN stakeholders, including but not limited to project POCs, Vendor Management & Product teams
- Monitoring queue data, recording daily output, and quality metrics to ensure that the project remains on track to meet key project deliverables.
- Responsible for fully managing the project's quality and output by conducting daily Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), deep dives, and quality trends analysis. Providing detailed RCA of errors and feedback to respective team members through calibration sessions, and recommending action plans to enhance quality scores and metrics.- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to address any system/platform issues and project bottlenecks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
