Digital PM Analyst, Assistant Vice President

Citibank is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Analyst to support the Digital Acquisition USCC product team. This role is focused on helping the SEO Product Owner and Card Product Owners by supporting updates to pre-login marketing pages. You will be responsible for executing features, analyzing SEO performance, and providing data-driven insights to enhance our online visibility and drive customer acquisition.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst passionate about digital marketing and data. You will work closely with product owners, marketing managers, and content teams to ensure our digital storefront is optimized and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Backlog Support: Assist Product Owners by providing data, analysis, and insights to help groom and prioritize the product backlog for pre-login marketing pages.
• Marketing Page Support: Directly support the SEO Product Owner and Card Product Owners by assisting with the execution of updates to pre-login marketing pages.
• User Story Contribution: Help define and enrich user stories by providing data-driven acceptance criteria and success metrics related to SEO and marketing pages.
• SEO Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance indicators for both branded and partner card products, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing analyst, SEO, or digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong skills in Excel or other data analysis software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Governance, Tech and the Business

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Management/Computer since/Engineering – preferred but not required)

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
