Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for the best talent for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Immunology, Psoriatic Portfolio. This hybrid onsite position is located in Horsham, PA.

The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Vice President of Immunology, providing high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing complex executive priorities, ensuring efficient use of executive time, anticipating business needs, and enabling successful execution of organizational objectives. The position requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while handling highly confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a highly complex and dynamic executive calendar, balancing competing priorities, strategic business needs, and shifting organizational demands.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, business needs, and operational challenges, implementing solutions before issues arise.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Vice President, senior leaders, business partners, and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Demonstrate agility and sound judgment when responding to changing priorities, urgent requests, and last-minute business demands.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, business reviews, and other high-profile events.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and administrative professionals to ensure seamless execution of business priorities.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reporting.
- Support special projects, process improvements, and initiatives that enhance executive and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner by understanding business priorities and helping maximize executive productivity and focus.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required. An associate’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of administrative or similar experience is required.
- Significant experience supporting Vice Presidents, senior executives, or executive leadership teams.
- Proven expertise managing complex calendars and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and execute independently with minimal direction.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness in handling changing business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo to all stakeholders internally and externally.
