With your passion for wine and refined expertise in pairing and service, you create exceptional moments for our guests. As a Sommelier, you’re not just curating and serving wines – you’re elevating the dining experience and spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, making every stay truly memorable.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Provide wine recommendations and food pairings 
• Manage and update the wine list 
• Control inventory and handle wine ordering 
• Train and educate restaurant staff on wine knowledge 
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction 
• Support wine-related events and promotions

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sommelier preferred 
• Strong knowledge of wine and beverages 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment 
• English proficiency is a plus
