Your Team, Your Impact

This FAE will be responsible for pre/post-sales support customer-facing design-in, bring-up, validation, and debug across PAM4 DSP, TIA/Driver, and AEC/ACC. Partner with customers from proposal to production, closing design wins and accelerating time-to-quality through hands-on lab work, SI/PI guidance, and fast issue resolution. Post-sales tasks include assisting customers with their designs, debug, training customers, design conversions, and working with marketing/sales/quality and customer to improve the overall experience.

What You Can Expect

• Align customer design requirements with our technology and assist with proposal development.

• Identify design opportunities.

• Guide customers through their design process.

• Provide onsite support, and solving real time problems including. software tool issues, HW and SW debugging, system bring-up issues.

• Train customers and distributor’s FAEs.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 8-12 years of related professional experience.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 6-10 years of experience.
