About the Role

This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role sitting within the Sales team of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the conversational AI space. You will own the full Dutch-speaking top-of-funnel pipeline, from first contact through to qualified demo handoff, and have a clear path to Account Executive within months.

What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads from the marketing team daily, assessing fit and readiness for a demo.

• Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to engage Dutch-speaking prospects.

• Build, test, and iterate on outbound sequences, measuring conversion rates and improving performance over time.

• Onboard new customers and coordinate smooth handoffs to Account Executives.

• Contribute to shaping SDR processes and best practices as the team scales.

What We're Looking For

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English, both written and spoken.

• 1+ years of sales experience in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.

• Proven ability to qualify leads and run multi-channel outreach campaigns.

• Experience building and testing outbound sales sequences with a hypothesis-driven approach.

• Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools for managing pipelines and tracking outreach.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Naturally competitive, results-driven, and motivated by uncapped commission.

• Willing to temporarily relocate for 1 to 2 months for onboarding and culture immersion.

• Bonus: experience in customer onboarding, fast-growth startups, or familiarity with AI or conversational AI products in a B2B context.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in Barcelona, Spain. This is not a remote role.
