Role Summary and Impact

The Senior associate will lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital, TV, print, and out-of-home channels to enhance client presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals, ultimately delivering significant growth and brand awareness for our clients. This role is ideal for a senior media professional with proven experience across multiple media channels, who is ready to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to strategic planning at a senior level.

• Develop and implement comprehensive integrated media strategies across TV, radio, print, out-of-home, and digital channels to support marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends and audience data across all media channels to inform strategy and guide senior-level, data-driven decisions.
• Design, execute, and oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including TV, radio, print, out-of-home, social media, and digital advertising.
• Lead the end-to-end process of integrated media campaigns from concept to execution, including budget management, media buying negotiations, and performance tracking.
• Develop and manage an integrated media plan and calendar that aligns with marketing goals, audience insights, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and media owners to negotiate rates and create high-quality, high-impact media placements.
• Plan and manage paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including TV, radio, print, OOH, PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all integrated media activities, presenting findings to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Provide senior-level insights and strategic recommendations based on performance data to improve campaign effectiveness, media efficiency, and ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in integrated media, media planning/buying, or a related senior role.
• Proven experience across traditional and digital media platforms, including TV, radio, print, OOH, and digital, with strong campaign management skills.
• Strong understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). 
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. 
• Ability to lead complex projects, manage client relationships and multiple stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and meet deadlines.
