Job Description

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach and guide the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
• Track and communicate sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes
• Create process flows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specifications
• Facilitate requirement workshops
• Perform UAT coordination and support defect management
• Ensure delivered features meet business objectives and acceptance criteria

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent ​
• At least 5 years of experience in similar role, or in Software development lifecycle/IT and/ or as Business Analyst in IT.

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information system environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
