Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Auxiliar de Compras MRO - Temporal.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company.  We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027.  The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices.  If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

Su función principal es dar soporte administrativo y operativo al área de compras para asegurar que las adquisiciones se realicen de manera oportuna, al mejor costo y cumpliendo con las políticas de la empresa.

Job responsibilities

• Recibir y revisar requisiciones de compra de las diferentes áreas.

• Solicitar cotizaciones a proveedores.

• Comparar precios, tiempos de entrega y condiciones comerciales.

• Crear órdenes de compra en el sistema ERP ORACLE.

• Enviar órdenes a proveedores.

• Dar seguimiento a la confirmación y cumplimiento de los pedidos.

• Mantener actualizada la base de datos de proveedores.

Qualifications:

Education level required

• TSU, Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales (deseable)

Years and area of experience required

• Deseable 1 año.

Technical knowledge

• Manejo de Excel y sistemas ERP (ORACLE, deseable).
