Responsibilities

:

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of food and beverage staff
• Ensuring that customer service standards are met
• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels
• Providing ongoing training and development for staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
• Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in menu planning, budget management, and other duties as required.         

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality industry with strong communication and team management skills.
• Approved Manager and RSA
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Good organization / time-management skills
• Flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
