A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field is ideal; professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects signal fit. We offer a pay range of $6-to- $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
