Daniels Health is looking for a Hospital Service Technician to join our team and help support hospitals with critical medical waste services.   This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.   This role will service medical waste containers at TWO local AdventHealth locations as part of our Field Service team.   AdventHealth Daytona Beach: 301 Memorial Pkwy, Daytona Beach, FL 32117   AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach: 401 Palmetto St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168

What will your job involve?

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.

Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.

Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.

Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.

Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.

Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.

Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

What are we looking for?

Someone who’s physically fit, comfortable with heavy lifting, and enjoys active, on-the-go work.

Personal transportation to both assigned work sites.

A team player who can also work independently without direct supervision.

Strong attention to detail—especially when it comes to paperwork and procedures.

Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between assigned locations.

A can-do attitude and previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role.
