About the team
The Business Planning & Programs team is responsible for strategic, cross-functional initiatives of critical importance to Risk Prevention & Response (RPR) and the broader T&S pillar. The focus is on owning high-priority programs, shaping their execution across functions, and ensuring RPR's readiness for emerging challenges and opportunities. Success of this department will be measured by the ability to deliver outcomes at scale, influence stakeholders, and establish lasting processes that strengthen operational resilience.
About the role
As a Program Manager within T&S, you'll join a talented, multi-disciplinary team that is raising the bar for organizational effectiveness while driving on T&S's highest priority initiatives. You'll act as a project manager, consensus creator, and trusted partner to T&S Leadership. You will own and drive on cross-functional projects, strengthen fast-moving engagements, and push for T&S to reach new levels of organizational maturity and impact. If you are a high level thinker that is energized by cross-functional leadership and on-the-ground execution, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
- Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution: Define scope, schedule, key milestones, tasks, deliverables and ownership for timely and effective delivery of project outcomes at scale that strengthen T&S's readiness for emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and consistency across T&S.
- Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies, including adaptive stakeholder management and escalation of blockers as necessary.
- Anticipate T&S leadership needs by providing proactive, executive-level communications on project progress, contribute thought leadership to initiatives, and deliver exemplary partnership and support.
- Help Trust & Safety reach greater levels of organizational effectiveness.
