The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Seller Management: Direct a portfolio of small-to-medium sellers to drive revenue growth and achieve core business targets.
• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and acquire new brands through pipeline research, cold calling, and lead synthesis.
• Special Projects: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking key operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled Undergraduate university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
