Job description

To reinvent an industry, you have to build the best team. Join Formlabs if you want to bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to the desktop of every designer, engineer, researcher, and artist in the world.

The Campus Recruiting Team leads the strategy and execution of our year-round US intern program, campus recruiting events, and early career experience. We work with every team at Formlabs to source and hire high-potential early career talent, and partner cross-functionally with the entire People Team to facilitate a best-in-class intern program.

If you are a highly motivated, strategic thinker who is eager to work with early career professionals, we want you as an Early Career Recruiter.

The Job:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
  • Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand and convert high-potential applicants.
  • Manage intern program onboarding, professional development, and offboarding, in partnership with our People Operations team.
  • Work primarily in our Somerville, MA office to support our fully in-person intern program and in-person recruiting events.

You:

  • Have experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations (including internship/co-op experience).
  • Are a great communicator: you can easily establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders, are comfortable presenting in front of groups, and can clearly communicate your ideas in writing across various audiences.
  • Can work independently to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple deadlines and projects efficiently with a strong attention to detail.
  • Are willing to travel up to 25% during peak campus recruiting seasons (September-November, January-February) and can lift up to 50lbs to set up a Form 4 printer during campus recruiting events.
  • Are a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace with ideas for recruiting and supporting early career candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Are naturally curious and can quickly develop a baseline understanding of unfamiliar technology.

Our Perks & Benefits:

  • Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Low cost fund options in our 401K and access to advisors
  • Generous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)
  • Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)
  • Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need it
  • Ample on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits
  • On-site lunches (3x/week), snacks, beverages, & treats
  • Regular sponsored professional development opportunities
  • Many opt-in culture events across our diverse community
  • And of course… unlimited 3D prints

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Even if you don't check every box, but see yourself contributing, please apply. Help us build an inclusive community that will change the face of 3D printing.

Compensation

We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.

Filing history reflects past employer behavior; it isn't a promise for this opening.

How Openbound evaluates sponsorship

Visa history uses official U.S. Department of Labor H-1B LCA disclosure data and USCIS H-1B petition history. Green card history uses DOL PERM disclosure data. Each is read for the employer as a whole, for roles like this one, and for this location, weighted toward the most recent fiscal years.

An employer is matched to its filing entities by verified legal name and reviewed aliases; a match is never made on a name resemblance alone. Where no verified entity can be matched, the page says so and draws no conclusion from the absence. 32 filing titles were examined for this employer.

What this posting states outranks history in both directions, and an employer's published policy outranks past filings. Filing history reflects past behavior; it is not a promise of sponsorship for this opening, and none of this is legal advice.
