We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions. As an Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against difficult advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture agency and customer relationships, identify/close revenue driving actions, dive into the world of Amazon's unique tech solutions and develop your client’s portfolio. Additionally, you will be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet your customer’s business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Sales, Creative, Product, and Retail partners. The Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

· Use knowledge of Amazon Ads full-funnel ad products and measurement to craft tailored proposals for customers.
· Own the relationship with trading desk managers and provide consultative services such as onboarding, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
· Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact at the agencies.
· Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
· In partnership with the account team, develop annual brand and media strategies that map to customer objectives.
· Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
· Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy.
· Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a systematic approach.
· Educate advertisers on Amazon DSP, Adtech, performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
· Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.

Basic qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to establish credibility with technical and non-technical business owners.
• Proven experience owning relationships with programmatic decision makers
• Able to effectively present to and confidently communicate with B2B customers
• Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
• Significant technical and operational experience with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of DSP within Ad Platform architecture (bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixeling and tag managers, cookies, viewability, etc)
• Fluency in English & Swedish

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in programmatic advertising, DSPs, and/or ad tech
• Well versed in campaign setup and optimization techniques
• Understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editors
• Strong established network within the media industry in the Nordics.
